1, first create a new 160x90px transparent canvas file, fill your favorite solid color (preferably choose the page security color as well, although now no mention it!), such as red, blue and so on. Then add a filter effect to the layer.

2, now we need to adjust the size of the new image file (image-image size). First of all, set the width from the pixel to the hundred, you will find the width value is now 100%, turn it into 1000

4. Create a new layer, fill it with the custom pattern we just created, in order to do so, open the Fill (edit-fill), select the pattern, and find our custom pattern (last one) in the generic type.
