Photoshop Tutorial: Radial blur for radiation background

Final effect

1, open the original image, press CTRL + J copy a layer, the layer blending mode to "color", the effect is as shown in Figure 1.

2, create a new layer, select the gradient tool, color settings, such as Figure 2, and then draw the linear gradient shown in Figure 3, and then change the layer blending mode to "multiply", the effect is as shown in Figure 4.

3. Create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamped layer, execute menu: filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, the value is 3, determine the layer blending mode to "soft light", the effect is as shown in Figure 5.

4. Create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamped layer, execute menu: filter > Pixel > Dot, parameter set as Figure 6.

5, the Executive menu: Filter > Blur > Radial blur, parameter settings such as Figure 7, determined to press CTRL + F more than a few times, the general effect as shown in Figure 8.

6, the radiation layer mode to "color deepen", and then add a layer mask to wipe out the characters, and then press CTRL + J to copy a layer, the effect is shown in Figure 9.

7, create a new layer press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamped layer, use the Dodge tool to paint the character face part white, then press CTRL + J to copy a layer, change the layer blending mode to "soft light", layer opacity to: 60%, the effect is as Figure 10.

8. Create a new layer press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamp layer to change the layer blending mode to "multiply", then add the layer mask to rub the face out, the effect is shown in Figure 11.

9, create a new layer press CTRL + ALT + ~ Pull out the high light selection, fill color: #FCF8CA, and then change the layer blending mode to "multiply", layer opacity to: 60%, the effect is shown in Figure 12.

10. Create a new layer press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamped layer to deepen the edge of the picture with the tool, and then complete the details to finish the final result.
