Step Overview for non-Oracle Restart Data Guard Physical Standby environment
1. Pre-inspection and preparation, check the failed object.
2. Stop the log transfer at primary.
3. Close standby, follow the Readme install patch set, after patching, do not need to execute (catpatch/catbundle/catcpu etc) script, start standby to Mount state, do not enable the log app.
4. Close primary, follow the Readme install patch set, execute (CATPATCH/CATBUNDLE/CATCPU, etc.) script.
5. Start primary, enable log transfer.
6. Start the standby Log app service, and the script changes in the main library will be applied to the repository via redo logs.
7. Post-check to ensure that the patch set has been successfully installed in the master repository, check whether the failed object is consistent with the patch before checking that the log application is normal.
