Business Scenario:

The three departments of the Information section, the Office and the Finance Department all require their own department homepage, which is used for uploading documents for the whole unit to view the reading. However, due to the different departments of business, the classification of documents and materials are different, Information section (Information system, training manuals, software updates, network information ...) ), Office (Rules and regulations, procedures, documents download, notice of announcements), Finance Section (Notice, Financial Regulations ...). ）

Through the analysis found that to achieve the business requirements of three departments, the database table fields created are actually the same (author, date, title, text, attachments, file classification, departments); But because of the files uploaded by the departments to classify and query the display, so the contents of the File classification field can not be entered by the user casually, You can only select one in a given range, that is, the Set File category field is a single selection or a table selection; But each section of the file classification is different, whether it is a single choice or his table selection is not the way to implement the File Classification field option in the same database between departments Can you really only create three database tables separately?
