In the WPS table editing, if you need to fill in the form of a blank space, you can use positioning, conditional format and formula, such as three kinds of space to do bulk fill.
We usually use the wps form to edit the table there are always some cells do not have content to fill, and more important forms are generally required in all the blank space to fill in no, empty or draw a slash, to prevent people from being overprinter fill in tamper. Of course, to fill out all the blanks in the form is still more trouble, is there any way to quickly fill in all the blanks?
There are at least three ways to quickly fill in all the blanks in the WPS table in WPS Office 2010. Let's take a table of rewards and punishments records as an example to introduce the specific operation.
1. Positioning at the same time to fill
In the WPS table, we can quickly select all the spaces in the specified range by positioning, and then fill in the blanks or diagonal lines.
Use WPS 2010 to open the "rewards and Punishments Record" worksheet, select the area where you want to fill in the Space d3:g120, click the Edit menu to select Locate, click to select the blank option in the Positioning window (Figure 1), and click the Go To button to select all the spaces in the d3:g120 area. Then enter the "no" word to fill in Ctrl + ENTER confirm, you can fill in all the selected blanks "None", set and then close the "positioning" window can be.

If you are required to draw a slash in all spaces, when you have selected all the spaces, right-click to select Format cells, and then click the Slash button in the lower-left corner under the Borders tab of the Format Cells window to add a slash border to the table, and then you can make sure that you have a slash on all the selected spaces.
2. Conditional formatting
The use of WPS table conditional formatting can also be a quick slash for all the blanks, but only for the space to draw a diagonal line, if you want to fill in without or empty will not. The biggest advantage, though, is that you don't have to repeat the settings when you modify the cell, and the slash disappears when you enter the space, and the empty cell space automatically draws a slash.
In the rewards and Punishment worksheet, select D3 and then Shift-click G120 to select the d3:g120 area where you want to fill out the space. Click menu format to select Conditional formatting, select formula in the condition 1 Drop-down list in the Conditional Formatting window, and enter the formula =d3=. Click the Format ... button, and in the Format Cells window, under the Border tab, click the slash button in the lower-left corner to add a slash border to the table (Figure 2).

You may also need to click the backslash button in the lower right corner to remove the backslash. Then you can see that all the spaces in the selected area are all diagonal lines by determining the completion settings.
3. Use the formula
You can also use a function formula to automatically fill in all the blanks by creating a secondary worksheet. However, unlike the use of conditional formatting, you can use formulas to fill out text that is not, empty, or diagonal.
Hold down the CTRL key and drag the label of the rewards and punishments record worksheet to copy the other worksheet "rewards and Punishments record (2)". In the reward and Punishment record (2) table, select D3 and then Shift-click G120 to select the D3:g120 range and enter the formula =if (Reward and punishment record!). D3= "", "no", rewards and punishments record! D3) (Figure 3), press CTRL + ENTER to fill the formula into all cells in the d3:g120. The spaces in the table are now automatically displayed as none.

In the future, as long as the "rewards and punishments Record" worksheet changes, "Rewards and Punishments record (2)" Worksheet will automatically fill in the blanks, to print the output when the choice of print "reward and Punishment record (2)" Worksheet can be.
Location space to fill in although simple and intuitive, but for the frequently modified form, each change after the need to fill in a blank space is also very troublesome. Use conditional formatting can be set once, permanently valid, should be considered the most convenient, most practical method, but can only draw a slash. Using a formula is a bit of a hassle, but it can be once and for all. The proposal is not often modified form with the location of space to fill out, need to modify the table as required by the latter two methods.
