(1) team development

1. A group member seminar is held at every Monday at 310 in Zijing apartment. The weekly meeting mainly summarizes the course content and development progress of last week and discusses the development of popush this week. (2) Team Management

1. All team members must attend weekly meetings and conduct centralized development. The team lead will remind you one day in advance. In case of any change, the team lead will notify you in advance.
2. The weekly meeting should be short and effective, and the entire team should carefully prepare in advance. The team leader is responsible for presiding over the meeting, and the team members will take turns to make meeting minutes.
3. Team members should take the initiative to undertake development tasks, make reasonable commitments to the tasks, and complete the prescribed development tasks according to the promised time.
4. Team members should actively conduct self-study and mutual learning, advocate technical exchanges with other teams, and strive to improve individual technical competence and overall team strength.
5. The team leader should communicate with teachers and TAS on a regular basis to accurately understand the project requirements, report the project progress of the team in a timely manner, and seek help if necessary.
6. The team develops code according to the unified code specifications and uses GitHub for code management.

1. Each member needs to exercise for a certain amount of time each week to reserve physical fitness for a week's heavy academic tasks.
