Solution:
Later, it was found that this error was generated by running a web application in eclipse, but this problem does not occur when running Tomcat separately. Therefore, it is determined that the problem is caused by Tomcat configuration in myeclipse:
Window> preference> myeclipse> application servers> Tomcat 5> paths: append to library path
Click Add dir to add C:/Windows/system32 (here isJmagick. Dll storage path, should be installed for usJmagickTheJmagick. Dll is copied to the C:/Windows/system32 directory, so add C:/Windows/system32 here)
