A video filter is a Photoshop external interface program that is used to input images from a camcorder or to output images to a videotape.
1, NTSC (NTSC color filter)
Role: Limit the color gamut to the acceptable range of TV reproduction to prevent supersaturation from penetrating the TV scan line. This filter is useful for Web image processing on a video based internet system. (Note: This group of filters cannot be applied to grayscale, CMYK, and lab-mode images)

2, De-interlace (Progressive filter)
Action: Makes the motion image captured on the video smoother by removing odd or even staggered rows from the video image. You can choose Copy or interpolation to replace the removed rows. (Note: This group of filters cannot be applied to images in CMYK mode)
Adjust parameters:
Odd field: Eliminate the odd number of fields.
Even number field: eliminate even number of fields.
Replication: Creates a new field by copying it.
Interpolation: Creates a new field using interpolation.
