The specific production steps are as follows:

Step 1

Create a new 1250 x 768 px document.

Sets the foreground color to #83b7ca, and the background color to #22576b, and then fills the foreground colors of the backgrounds layer.

Next, we'll apply some filter libraries to create the cowboy texture. The same structure will be used for both backgrounds and text. First filter > Filter gallery > Sketch > Halftone pattern. Change the size to 1, contrast to 0, and select "Point" from the mode type Drop-down menu.

This will create the base denim texture.

Artistic effect > Smudge stick. Change the stroke length to 2, the high light region to 12, and the strength to 10.
