This is a combination of illustrator and Photoshop tutorial, the text 3D effect first in the illustrator, and then in the PS of post-processing, but also a basis for teaching, I hope we understand.

Preparation: In this tutorial, we need to use the brush--suddenly Spring brushes designed by Gvalkyrie.

Step 1: Create a background: A new file is created with a size of 750*550 pixels. Sets the foreground color to #004b64 and the background color to #000000. Using the radial gradient tool, drag the gradient down from the top.

Step 2a: Create a 3D text: Open Adobe Illustrator. Set the fill to #ffffff and write your first letter in bold text. I'm using a 75-Helvetica font. Write a white font on a black background to make it obvious.

Step 2b: Create a 3D text: Select text, go to effect > three-dimensional > Squeeze & bevel. Press left to fill in the settings. Preview you can see the final effect of the settings. Adjust the value if necessary. (font angle and thickness according to their preferences here set)

Step 2c: Create a 3D text:
Follow the left figure to fill in the remaining settings. Click OK when you are finished.

Step 2d: Create a 3D text: Repeat steps 2a to 2C, write the rest of the letters. Adjust the value of step 2b to make the letters in different directions. Select the first letter, and then press CTRL + C to copy it.

Step 2e: Create a 3D text: Return to Photoshop, press CTRL + V to paste the first letter. Prompts will appear when pasting. We choose Smart Objects. Again, copy and paste the rest of the letters.

Step 3a: Apply surface gradients: Select the magic wand and go to the settings shown on the left figure. Click on the first letter of the surface.

Step 3b: Apply surface gradients: Click to adjust edges. Fill in the settings as shown on the left.

Step 3c: Apply surface gradients: Create a new layer on top of the first letter layer, named surface (surface). Fills a selection with #000000. Select the new layer and select the blending option. Activates the gradient overlay, setting the color to #003146 and #b8ebfe. Set blending mode to normal, opacity to 100%, style linear, angle 90, zoom to 100%.

Step 3d: Apply surface gradients: The remaining letters repeat steps 3a to 3c. Try a gradient overlay with different colors for the same theme, such as green and cyan, and so on.

Step 4a: Add a pattern: Load the suddenly spring brush. Create another new layer on top of the surface layer and name it floral (pattern). Sets the foreground color to #ffffff. Select one of the suddenly spring brushes to be painted on the gradient. The blending mode of the pattern layer is superimposed and the opacity is 50%. Select a pattern layer, Ctrl + left-click surface layer to load its selection. Click the Layer Mask button. (please leave a message for the children's shoes that don't understand this step)

Step 4b: Add pattern: Repeat steps 4a for the remaining letters. Create a new layer for each letter, and use a soft brush to paint some black (#000000) shadows. Mask these shadows in the same way as the pattern layer.

Step 4c: Add a pattern: Create a new layer underneath all the letter layers. Set the foreground color to #bef7a8 and draw some flowers around the letters. Right-click the layer and select the blending option. Activates the outer glow, and the color is set to #ffffff. The other settings are default.

Step 4d: Add pattern: Repeat steps 4c draw more flowers around the letters.

Step 4e: Add a pattern: Create a new layer underneath all layers. Set foreground color to #ffffff, and spend a large flower. Go to filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, set radius to 6px. Set the blending mode of this layer to overlay.

Step 5a: Bright stars: Create a new layer on top of all layers and name the stars. Use a brush with a size of 1px and a color of #ffffff to draw a large cross, as in a picture. Rub the four edges slightly with a large, soft eraser. Select the soft Brush tool, set its opacity 20%, size to 30px. Smear at the intersection of the center point.

Step 5b: Bright stars: On the star layer, select the blending option. Select the outer glow, and the color is set to #ffffff. The rest is set by default.

Optional: You can repeat steps 5a and 5b to draw more stars of different sizes. I hope you enjoy this tutorial, thank you!
