PS photo synthesis to create night witch tips

Create a new document, 465x579 pixels, and drag the balcony picture into the document.

Ctrl+j copy one layer, remove background with quick selection tool, ctrl+u adjust saturation.

Drag the witch picture into the document, go to the background, scale appropriately, and place the bottom of the balcony layer.

Drag the clouds into the picture and place them under the witch's layer.

Adjust the color and contrast of the balcony. Add a color balance adjustment layer.
