Final effect
1, first create a new file, size is 800px*110px, background layer filled with black, create a new layer fill white, and then select "Filter-render-Fiber" in the menu bar, set as shown in the picture.
2, then reduce the layer has an opacity to about 15%, the effect as shown in the picture.
3, in Photoshop open "mountain material", and then the mountain to pull out the way to copy out, as shown in the picture.
4, paste into our picture and set the vertical flip, as shown in the figure.
5. To add some cloud effects, create a new layer, draw a selection using the Lasso tool with a feather value of 50px, and select the filter-render-cloud effect as shown in the figure.
6, press the CTRL+L set cloud levels, as shown in the picture.

10. You can use the Dodge tool to trim the upper-left corner of the hill and use it to be bright, as shown in the picture.
11, copy the hill layer and move to another place, as shown in the picture.
12. Download the clouds brush in Photoshop and add some clouds to the top of the peak, as shown in the picture.
13. Open the girl's material in Photoshop and paste it into our picture as shown in the figure.
