To create a character ice sculpture:

Now we begin to explain the shape of ice sculpture.
The first step is to open the file, build a blank layer, and fill the following image with a gradient:
Step two: Use the Pen tool to pull out the child, press the shortcut key ctrl+enter to get our checked head selection and then Ctrl+j (four times) to get four layers. The head, the level, the outer contour and the bright part are named from bottom to top respectively. The following figure:
And of course there's a layer on the right hand and spoon. We're hiding it for a while.
Step three: Select the hierarchy layer and perform the filter-Filter gallery-art effect-watercolor. Set the parameters as shown below:
Then double-click the Layer pop-up layer style settings as follows: (to hold down the ALT key to separate the small triangles as shown in the picture)
Step Fourth: Select the outer contour layer, execute the filter--filter Library--illuminate the edge, set the parameters as follows:
The goal is to get the edge of the high light, black where we use the layer blending mode filter color filter out, leaving only the high light. Layer Blending mode is color filter.
Then ctrl+t the image slightly to form the thickness of the figure's outer ice, as shown:
Fifth step: Select the light layer, perform the filter--Filter library-chrome yellow gradient, set the parameters as follows:
