PS Tune color strong nostalgic photo effect

Using the color-level tool to make a normal photo into a colorful nostalgic photo, note that all the parameters involved are for reference only. Or the old saying, see less parameters, more practice methods.

After the first step to copy the layer, in order to get the dark angle effect, using the Polygon lasso tool, 50 pixels to select the middle area, the ctrl+shift+i.
