Step 1
First, we need to write 3D text. We can make it in Illustrator, or click on the thumbnail below to download the sample (how to make the 3D effect text is not exhausted here):

Place 3D text and rename it to "3D text." Then, using the Magic Wand tool to select the letter surface, cut out this part, you will see the following effect.

Step 3
Now it's the interesting part. Copy this Layer two copies, one for backup ("3D text Copy") and another ("3D text Blur"). Take a copy of the backup to one side (hidden). Leave the other two layers ("3D text" and "3D text Blur") for ease of use. (Note the order of the layers in the figure below)

Next, create a new layer group, named "Effects" (effect), to change the blending options for this layer group to "color Dodge." Now, be careful not to affect other layers, create a new layer in the group, apply the filter "cloud" (Filter > Render > Cloud) to add a good effect to it, and look at the diagram below.

Step 5
Create another group (pictured) in your palette, named "Colors" (color). Remember the technology we used in step 4? We're going to apply it again. As always, create a new layer in the new group, add a small amount of pink, and draw a soft side light with the gradient tool (radial mode). After that, set the blending mode of the layer to "low" blending settings or "soft light."

To do this, you may see a cluster of strange pink clouds, but don't worry. All the parts are planned.

Step 6
Repeat two times or more in the previous step and put it in a different position.

Step 7
Now, the "secret part" is coming up, do you remember the "3D Text Blur" layer we reserved at step 3 o'clock? Well, it's been brewing for long enough! Now select it and apply a Gaussian blur (Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur) with a radius of 13 pixels.

Step 8
Now it's part of the creation. Add a new layer above the clouds layer in the effects layer group. Find a grunge-style stain brush as you like, using white to apply to the edges of each letter.

Step 9
Are you still following me? We're almost done! Adds a new layer between two layer groups ("Effects" and "clouds"). Select the Gradient tool (this time in linear mode), select White and hold down the SHIFT key, and drag the gradient from the outside edge of the canvas to the middle of the image. Set blending mode to "saturated" to see what happens ...

Step 10
Is the other layer ready? We will need to add a new layer to the "Effects" layer group named "Abstract Lights".

Step 11
Then press CTRL to click the 3D Text icon in the Layers panel and apply the custom abstract brush to the selection area, as we did in step 8 (remember to use white).

Step 12
You've done the last step. All layers are frozen. Create one on top of the white layer ... The last ... Layer. Use a nice big custom brush, just like this. Draw some clouds above the text. Apply motion blur (Filter > Blur > Motion blur) with an angle of 11 and a distance of 200 pixels. Change the opacity to "30%" and use the following figure to set the gradient overlay:
