Book: "One Step forward"
This is a book that most people will buy on the cover, and the cover of Sandberg looks more leisurely and elegant. But when I opened it and didn't read a few pages, I was disappointed. Full of thought this is a successful women's workplace dry, but there is only the strength of the female self-analysis, as well as the female workplace insisted on the struggle to encourage the discourse, like a dozen small powder boxing, no meaning.
The book invites a lot of celebrities to do the preface, as a recommendation, dense, I am afraid that all the contents of the one-fifth, it is very objectionable. 10 chapters written by the author + 7 chapters compiled from all over the reader story + a speech + 2 recommended sequence. This big pot is stewed in a way that is uncomfortable for people to eat. To say from the book read the enlightening content, summed up on two points:
- Women have to sit in front of the table and dare to say their opinions in the workplace. Do not automatically in the heart of self-marginalization, each meeting silently sit next to make a foil vase.
- The upper echelons need more female leaders! Only when more executive sex is female can they be more able to help lower-level women and voice them and protect their interests.
There is a part of the book about the idea of choosing a spouse, or it is quite fun.
(from Wang Yu Weibo, the original book's translation content is not as good as the left picture)
If you ask me about women's independence, I've been thinking about it a lot earlier. It's good to be lazy, to rely on men, like vines, like parasites. But you just have to go through a time when you give up independent thinking, give the problem to others to help you solve, and that person to do things like a piece of excrement, the key this lump of excrement also spilled on your body (by others to help you choose, the consequence is you real deal bear), you will find this is not easy, this is a trap! If you deal with it yourself, you may be able to do it more gracefully, relying on others to decide your own destiny or control yourself. I think the most regrettable thing in a person's life is the inability to discover their potential.
Therefore, my view is that women must be independent, I must be independent, no discussion!
This week has passed, sometimes very relaxed, sometimes busy tense, sometimes worry, sometimes a daze thinking.
Well, end.
