In the toner cartridges for laser printers Many friends in the original supplies used up, will choose to fill the toner, which can save office costs. However, there are times when toner cartridges are filled with printing blanks, and what is the cause of this? How to solve it? The author is here on hand to teach everyone to solve the problem.
There are four possible reasons for printing blanks after toner cartridges are filled with toner:
Failure reason one: The toner cartridge does not fit in place
Solution: After filling the toner, the cartridge installation process of the two sides of the pin is not installed, this will cause the drum can not be fully loaded into place. We remove the toner cartridge from the printer, check the drum assembly in detail, and then reinstall it to the printer for a print test.
Failure reason two: Toner cartridge protection cover failed to open
Solution: Take out the toner cartridge with your hand to toggle the protective cover above the OPC, see if flexible, if not flexible, please re-assemble.
Fault reason three: OPC ground function failure
Workaround: This is because the conductive pin on both sides of the OPC falls off, or the pin above polish too much caused. We want to see whether the pins on both sides of the OPC are out of the image, if there is, directly by hand to reset the pin, and clean the pin and OPC inside the conductive sheet above the grease.
Failure reason four: toner cartridge on the magnetic stick failed to charge or poor contact
Solution: Generally because the conductive part is not installed, so as long as the disassembly and re-installed, and focus on the inspection of conductive film everywhere.
