Resolving an Oracle connection Error Reporting ORA-01034 and ORA-27101

The database version installed on my local machine is Oracle 11G R2. When I connect to the database today, the following error is reported:

Oracle not available ORA-01034

ORA-27101-shared memory realm does not exist

I found several solutions online, saying yes.Oracle homeAndSidOr useNet Configuration AssistantRebuild the local network service name. After practice, it does not work.

After summary, it is better to use the following methods to solve the problem:

1. First, take a look at the ORADIM. LOG File under ORACLE_BASE \ ORACLE_HOME \ DATABASE
C: \ app \ Administrator \ product \ 11.2.0 \ dbhome_1 \ database:

The following error is reported only when you view the log !!

ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter LOCAL_LISTENER

ORA-00132: syntax error or unresolved network name 'listener _ ORCL'

2. Search for this error and find that the following statement is missing in the tnsnames. ora file:

LISTENER_ORCL =

(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = localhost) (PORT = 1521 ))

After the instance is added, restart the database instance service:

Use SQLPLUS and TOAD to connect again. Okay, haha!
