The RT7304 is an LED constant current driver with active PFC capability, which achieves high power factor over the full voltage range and enables the converter to operate in quasi-resonant mode for high conversion efficiency. Due to the use of the original edge adjustment technology, no shunt regulator and Optocoupler are used on the two-RT7304, the output current can be precisely controlled with the use of the unit, reducing the number and cost of components, and the volume of the drive circuit is reduced. A variety of protection features are built into the RT7304 to enhance the stability of the design, including LED open-circuit protection, short-circuit protection, VDD undervoltage lockout protection, overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection, and cycle-by-period current limit protection.
