IF--rudyard Kipling
If you can keep your head then all on you
Is losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If You can wait and is tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, and don ' t deal in Lies,
Or being hated, don ' t give to hating,
And yet don ' t look too good, nor talk too wise:
If You can dream--and don't make dreams your master,
If You can think--and don't make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and disaster
And treat those, impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you ' ve spoken
Twisted by Knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or Watch the things gave your life to, broken,
and stoop and build ' em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
and risk it all on one turn of Pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If You can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they is gone,
And so hold on when there are nothing
Except the'll which says to them: ' Hold on! '

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or Walk with Kings--nor lose the common touch,
If Neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds ' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is More--you ' ll being a man, my son!

Translate (don't think translation is very good, help to understand it)

If all men lose their minds and curse you,

You can still keep your head clear;

If everyone suspects you,

You can still believe in yourself, let all doubts waver;

If you have to wait, don't get bored,

Be deceived, do not deceive,

To be hated, and not to be so gnawing,

Don't be too optimistic, don't be self-righteous;

If you are a dreamer-don't be the Master of Dreams;

If you are a thoughtful person-don't be a thinker;

If you meet with pride and frustration

Treat the two as liars;

If you can stand the fact that you've spoken

Twisted by villains, used to deceive fools,

Or, watching the things you spend your whole life guarding,

Bent over, and repaired it with worn-out tools;

If you have won countless laurels,

And then you do it all in one basket.

After a failure, a comeback,

Don't complain about your failure;

If you can force yourself,

After others have left, hold on to their positions for a long time,

There is nothing in your heart,

Only will tell you "Hold on!" ”;

If you talk to people, you can keep your manners,

Run the king to walk, can keep distance;

If enemies and friends do not harm you;

If everyone is counting on you. But no one wholeheartedly;

If you spend 60 seconds running a segment,

To fill that unforgivable minute--

You can have a world,

Everything in this world is yours,

More importantly, child, you are a man of indomitable spirit.
