If your mobile phone is not able to access the mobile data, we recommend that you follow these steps:
first, the use of mobile phone data access function, your calling card needs to open GPRS Internet business. You can contact the local network provider of the calling card to open the GPRS Internet service.

If you do not have access to the Internet after resetting the Internet parameters, you can try the following ways to create a new APN:
1. Under the standby page, go to "Application"-"Settings"-"Connect"-"More Network"-"mobile network"-"Access Point Name"-Press the "menu" button at the bottom left-"new APN".
2. Enter the following information:
Name: fill in at random;
Apn:cmwap (Mobile card)/uniwap (Unicom card)/3gwap (3G card);
agent: 10.0.0.172;
Port:;
no additional settings are required.
3. Press the "menu" button at the bottom left and click "Save".
Note: If none of the above actions can solve the problem of not surfing the Internet, please change another calling card to try, or you can change the time period or the network environment again.
