Example:The paper cannot be completely put into the tray.
Original cause:Paper disk size adjustment problem.
Solution:
1. Pull out the paper disk and adjust the size of the paper disk according to the size of the loaded paper.
2. Adjust the paper length guide plate and width guide plate to slide them into the correct paper size slot marked at the bottom of the paper disk to complete the size adjustment operation.
3. Bend or slice the paper before loading it to separate it.
4. Place the printing area of the paper upwards.
5. Put the paper disk back into the machine.
After the above operations are completed, your paper will be completely placed in the paper disk.
