1. Create a new 500x500 file, press accelerator D to restore the system default color, and fill the file with a black (foreground color).

2. Select Menu Filter->noise->add Noise,amount=50,gaussian and select Mono item.

3. Select Menu Filter->other->minimum,radius=5.

4. Press the shortcut key Ctrl+shift+l, automatically adjusts the picture level.

5. Press the shortcut key ctrl+u into the hue/saturation adjustment window, select the Colorize item, I used the hue=162,saturation=23,lightness=41 value.

6. Select Menu Filter->blur->motion blur,amount=10, angle=0.

7. Enter the channel window and create a new channel alpha 1.

8. Select Menu filter->texture->stained Glass,cell size=10, Border thickness=4, Light intensity=0.

9. Select Menu Filter->blur->gaussian blur,radius=4.0.

10. Press shortcut key Ctrl+l Enter level Adjustment window, Input levels=27:1.00:67.

11. Select Menu Filter->noise->add noise,amount=20, Gaussian, Mono.

12. Return to Layer window, select menu filter->render->lighting effects, specific parameters see Figure I.

Well, now that the pebbles are basically there, then we need to lighten the muddy color between the stones, and it looks more real.

13. Hold down the CTRL key and click the Alpha 1 channel to invoke the channel selection.

14. Press the shortcut key ctrl+l into the level Adjustment window, Input level=0:1.00:116, the selection part of the variable highlights.

15. Press shortcut key Ctrl+u enter hue/saturation Adjust window, select parameter hue=-94, saturation=-59, do not select Colorize item.

16. Cancel the selection and merge all the visible layers, we get the final result, see figure Ii.
