6. Rules: If there are no rules, the Community must have relevant articles and rules, and members of the community must strictly abide by and execute them. It is difficult for a community to impose certain strict punishments on its members. This once again emphasizes that the Community does not depend on a certain individual, it depends on the fact that everyone in the community has the ability to aggregate, otherwise it will not last for a long time. If a person does not respect the Community, or does not pay for it, the Community has the right to let these people leave. What truly persists is the Like-minded comrades-in-arms.

7. Methods and tools: in the Internet age, we have a deeper understanding of knowledge management and learning practices. Personal blogs, Internet practice communities, blog circles, and professional knowledge bases can all be seen on the internet, giving us more learning methods and channels.
