In the past, it was not possible to insert images or documents in Excel cells, so it became feasible to create a workbook. After you insert an image or document, it is displayed as an attachment. Click the attachment button to preview or delete the attachment.

Such detailed functions are the innovation of supertables and patent applications have been applied.

For example, when creating a task table, you need to enter the employee ABCDE name, phone number, and other information, in the super table, you can directly import relevant information from the previously created employee table by related fields. In fact, Chen Kun initially wanted to build a project collaboration tool, but he found that the competition in the panel-based project collaboration field was fierce, and it was already the Red Ocean. As a result, he switched the positioning of a super table from a single project table to a general table, which not only satisfies the common table function, but also supports cloud collaboration.

Similar to most collaboration tools, supertables are displayed on a webpage. The highlight feature is that team members can open the same file at the same time for modification. "As long as you do not modify the same cell at the same time, the super table will not generate a conflict file and record all the modifications ." Chen kunji said that this feature is typical in his angel incubator, Su hehui's team.

Data management:

Combine a table and a form into one

During a survey project, you may spend a lot of time converting the survey information into data filled in the form. A super table opens up the relationship between a form and a form (usually in the form of a questionnaire). The investigator issues a form. After the investigator completes the form submission, the data is automatically converted to a form for statistics.

Taking the student address book as an example, you only need to send a form link containing "name, phone number, and work" to the class member when collecting the class member information, other students can directly fill in and save their information without having to register and log on. The information is automatically saved to the address book table, and other students can view the address book table at any time.
