When you print Word documents, in order to save paper, you often have to print two pages on the A4 paper side, and then make a book after printing it on both sides. According to Word with the double-sided printing function, print out the page number will be disorderly, it must not, so I experienced some experiments in a few pieces of A4 paper, finally found a real feasible way:
1. File-print-page range fill in: 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 (and so on);
2. The edition of each page: 2 edition;
3. Scale by paper size: A4;
4. Determine, after printing in accordance with the order of the paper back to the Past (1th, 3 pages to put on the top, the following sequence put, to pay attention to the paper direction to right side, otherwise hit out will fall over! ) in the delivery carton;
5. File-print-page range fill in: 4,2,8,6,12,10,16,14 (and so on);
6. The edition of each page: 2 edition;
7. Scale by paper size: A4;
8. Determine.
The rationale for this is that when Word prints the page number in the individual resume table, the page number in the page Number range box is printed first, so when you hit even pages, place page 4th on page 2nd.
The printed result is positive 1, 3, negative 4,2.
Fold the A4 paper in half, cut it from the middle, just like a book. The reverse of Page 1th is page 2nd, and the reverse of page 3rd is page.
