My answer:
Are you familiar with this resume? I have read the resumes of many students, which are similar to this one. I believe that you can look at each other's resumes and discover many similarities with this resume.
It should be said that this type of resume will usually look at the eyes of the staff of the Human Resources Department of each enterprise.
Too common.
In fact, many people who have experience in applying for a job may feel that no matter how you prepare your resume or ask questions during the interview, the examiner's questions always make your preparation feel overwhelmed, there are always some questions that I did not think of. However, when I started my resume, I thought I had said everything. Why is it difficult for the examiner to ask.
In fact, this is a simple reason. When you prepare your resume, you speak from your own standpoint. However, the examiner generally asks questions from the standpoint of the company's needs. Each company has different requirements, even, different time points have different requirements. In addition, when I am interviewing, I am not clear about the ideas of the examiner. It is inevitable that the preparation is inadequate.
I would like to remind you that, like many friends in the enterprise, we all like to use the star principle to ask questions.
The so-called star principle is the combination of the first letters of situation, task, action, and result.
Let's take a look at this resume:
2008/10 -- 2008/12Development of a psychological testing system
Development and usage tools: vs. net2005 + SQL2000
Technology used: database access technology, file storage, drawing
System design, code writing, and testing are all completed by me
It should be said that the information provided by this student is insufficient to attract the examiner's interest. Therefore, the examiner needs to ask questions.
Remember, enterprise recruitment never depends on your past academic qualifications, background, and achievements, because it has no practical significance to the enterprise. These materials can be used as evidence to prove that you have a basic entry level, this is just a stepping stone. However, enterprises are more concerned about the capabilities of this person, because the capabilities determine the quality of his work output in the future.
This capability is diverse. In accordance with the star principle, we will be more concerned with this person's ability to solve problems.
For example, let me ask:
1. I will leave my resume and ask, "please give me a project experience that I felt successful in the past, but most people will talk about the project on the resume. At this time, I will pay attention to whether his description is consistent with that on the resume. If they are different, the credibility of this person will be problematic. In addition, some people may say that there is nothing on his resume, so I will pay attention to it. Why didn't he write his best or most proud experience into his resume? Is your resume forged? The first question is "integrity ".
2. He said a project. My next question is "Please describe the purpose of this Project". This is still "integrity". At the same time, the question is "understanding ability", "a project, if you cannot tell the purpose, it is clearly not what you did. At least, you are dizzy in it and do not know what to do. Then, this is not your project.
3. Next question: "Please describe your Role Positioning or position in this project .", This is to ask him what role he played in the project. many of his friends actually only participated in one thing. They even wrote a resume after hearing about a project. This problem is to implement this detail, note: No matter what the applicant answers, you can even say that the applicant is the project owner. However, the following questions have changed, ask what you have done on this role.
4. Then I will ask, "How did you consider this project ?", No. The answers here are obviously different for the younger brother and the Project Manager. They are wrong and honest.
5. "Which practical difficulties have you encountered during project implementation? Please refer to 1 ~ 3. Also, please describe your solutions and handling results for these difficulties. "This is also an observation of the integrity of the other Party, but more details of this project, the completion of a project, there are 10 thousand reasons to say yes. However, we do not believe that a project has been implemented and there are no difficulties at all. The depth of the applicant's participation in the project can be seen from the difficulties we have faced, however, the applicant's actual work ability can be evaluated by paying attention to the solution and results.
6. "At last, please make personal comments on the entire project." The project is a cooperative undertaking. If some people are not calm enough, they may criticize partners, investors, and teachers here, some people are even scolded for observing the character of candidates.
Well, basically, when I asked these questions, the examiner knew the general situation of the person.
Don't think that you can pass the examination without answering the question. The answer to the question above is, in fact, the examiner may come to the conclusion that the resume is false.
You do not know it. In fact, preparing your resume is not the content of your resume. It is more about preparing your resume. We don't know you. Well, what did you say you did, if you have done this before, let's continue with your questions. If you have difficulties, ideas, solutions, and results, we generally believe in your abilities and character. Otherwise, A question mark is displayed.
Many people often think that the resume is very beautiful and the interview is very difficult. In fact, my understanding is that this resume is not well prepared.
I spoke a little bit about my experience, hoping to help you.
