Sublime text and package control installation

1. Download and install sublime Text2

2. Install the package control
2.1 Downloads Https://sublime.wbond.net/installation
2.2 Unpack the package control, click Sublime Text2 perferences-"Browse packages, up a level directory, you can see the installed Packages folder, the package Control is copied to the installed Packages folder

Preferences->package Settings->package Controll->setttings-default can modify agent Proxy
