Sublime text UTF-8 file Chinese cannot display the solution

After colleagues introduced the use of sublime Text, has been used very smoothly, but recently began to add some Chinese content in the document to become somewhat strange.

Later to the online search, we all said that with ConvertToUTF8 and GBK Encoding support these 2 plug-ins can be a perfect solution to Chinese garbled, but I installed it can not be resolved. In a detailed comparison, in the strict sense, my Chinese is not garbled, just can't display normally:

Later I noticed the file encoding format in the lower left corner, the file is already UTF8, and the 2 mentioned above 2 plugins are for non-UTF8 encoded format files.

So it has nothing to do with these 2 plugins. Later I put the file to another computer's Windows operating system, with the same version of the sublime text, found to be able to display normally, proof should and sublime Text itself is irrelevant.

At this point I consider whether the operating system is a problem. Because I am Chinese, and the other one is English.

I tried to change this to English, and I was prompted to restart the computer.

Restart, and then open the sublime Text, incredibly can display the normal Chinese.
