Customers can also be our resources. Resources are used everywhere, and coordination of resources becomes the most common activity of project management.

Members of the project must learn to apply for resources. I don't think it is necessary for you to be afraid that others will say that you are not competent to submit this application. Just like rank evaluation, you have the freedom to apply. However, you have to be well-founded and have to analyze the data to persuade me. For example, there are also a lot of failures in rank evaluation, and it is not that easy to apply for resources from me. Resources are scarce everywhere, because the project cannot accommodate the excess labor and requires a lot of work. Every individual in the project has his/her own job. It is not easy to be "self-aware and knowledgeable" when receiving the job, because some members simply keep doing it, and when the time limit is reached, they say they are sorry that they have not finished it, there are two reasons:I did not expect this complexity; DependencyOther colleagues have not finished their work.. It is recommended that you analyze the difficulty of your work and subdivide the work items. If you have any risks, you can contact the management personnel. Even if you say you can't finish it, and you need to apply for resources, these are good things. At least let the management personnel know that there may be problems and risks, and they will take special care of you, it can also help you analyze or coordinate with other colleagues for sharing.

 

The project team must also apply for resources. The active team cannot really coordinate internally. department managers will help coordinate resources, but they will also be "difficult ", however, they help us analyze the resource information and provide help. If the testing power is insufficient, consider applying for testing personnel; if the page is not beautiful enough, consider submitting a ticket to multimedia.

 

It takes a lot of effort to coordinate resources, and everyone must be well-founded. The coordination of resources within the project requires you to adjust your work plans. All of them are arranged to be active. If you want the assistance of others, you have to adjust your work. To apply for resources with the department manager, you must promise the exact return time. It takes more effort to coordinate resources of other departments. Major Project Manager Z coordinated a test resource yesterday and made a phone call throughout the afternoon. It is not so easy to coordinate resources. Please give us your reasons. If you have a reason, please tell the management personnel to coordinate. This is their most common job, though difficult.

 

You have to make some adjustments to your work: Analyze and think before doing so. I found that some colleagues still have this good habit.
