Step 1: ensure that the stack environment 1. the IOS version must be the same 2. The stack line connection is correct
Step 2: Start the MASTER you think. Note that other devices cannot add points at this time. Wait for the MASTER to load IOS, and the wait other stack switces boot process will appear at the same time. In this case, you can power up other devices.
Step 3: After the device is successfully stacked, view the MOOD panel in front of the device, click to move it to the stack, view the status of the device interface lamp, and you can find the stack device number corresponding to the device.
Step 4: Configure switch 1 provision ws-c3750v2-24PS to set the model of the stack device when configuring the device
Configure switch 1 priority 15 to determine stack election
Note: 1. After the device is stacked, the device interface changes accordingly. For example, the second device changes to f2/0/1.
2. after the device launches the stack, it finds that the device's interface is still f2/0/1 not restored, therefore, we can find that the stack information is saved in a file unrelated to the configuration. If you want to restore the interface, you must switch 2 re 1 to restore the interface. However, the configuration configured in running-config in f2/0/1 will not automatically return to f1/0/1.
