We have summarized four methods for Ubuntu users to conveniently view the CHM File: gnochm; kchmviewer; xchm; chmreader
1. gnochm
Written in Python, It is a gnome-based CHM viewer.
Open the terminal and run the following command to install it:
Sudo apt-Get install gnochm
2. kchmviewer
It is the CHM viewer in KDE.
Installation command:
Sudo aptitude install kchmviewer
3. xchm
It is not limited to any desktop environment. It can display the file content tree, print the page, change the font and size, bookmarks, and search keywords.
Command installation:
Sudo aptitude install xchm
4. chmreader and Firefox Plugin
Download the. xpi File
