1. Restart the machine after installing qtp.
2. Plug-in selection error,
Solution: restart qtp and check the Web plug-in;
3. After qtp is installed or some ActiveX controls in IE browser are disabled, the object cannot be recognized when qtp is normally recorded. (ensure that the plug-in of IE browser is not disabled)

Processing Method:
A. Open IE and select [tools]/[Internet Options] from the menu to enter the internet configuration interface. Select Tools-Manage Add-ons to view the status of ActiveX currently loaded
. When you see that bhomanager class exists and its status is "disabled", click "enable" to enable this function and save it and exit to solve the problem.
B. If you cannot find the bhomanger class add-on in the management add-on, if you have installed qtp, there will be
Bhomanager. dll dynamic link library, or you can directly search for bhomanager. dll in the computer, and then view its path. Load the DLL by clicking [
Start]/[run], Enter cmd, locate the directory where the DLL is located, and enter the regsvr32 bhomanager. dll command to register the DLL.
C. If no dynamic link library named bhomanager. dll is lost in C:/Windows/system32, you can copy a bhomanager. dll dynamic link library
C:/Windows/system32 (Note: it must be the dynamic link library of bhomanager. dll of the same qtp version), and then load the DLL. For the operation method, see method B.
4. The highest level is to disable the Web firewall in, and the most ultimate is: Right-click the Administrator to start qtp-solution to disable the Firewall
5. refix or install qtp (this problem occurs when LR is installed. In this case, you need to re-fix or install qtp)
6. qtp, win7 64-bit, cannot identify IE, need to set UAC -- run msconfig, open system configuration, system configuration -- change UAC settings -- start -- tune to minimum-OK
7. If none of the above methods works, reload the system and install qtp in the latest environment.
8. qtp recording error: unable to launch the browser
Solution: This is actually a registry problem:
In my registry, there is no iexplore under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ app paths. after adding this item, set the default value to c: \ Program Files \ Internet Explorer \ ipolice.exe. After confirming, restart qtp.
9. qtp11 cannot identify ie9. Install the qtpweb_00078.exe patch.
