Mobile Operator O2 Germany has just announced that it will start selling Nokia Lumia 900, but at the same time, T-Mobile Germany has made a decision not to provide the product. The reason is that Lumia 900 will miss Windows Phone 8. This statement was issued by T-Mobile German customer service personnel. The statement explains that although T-Mobile is "still very interested" in Lumia 900, they have a very reasonable reason not to sell it.
When Windows Phone 8 was launched, consumers who already have Lumia 900 will be disappointed that their brand-new phones won't get the latest software support, this lost mood will multiply over time. Based on the above considerations, T-Mobile decided not to sell Nokia Lumia 900.
In addition, T-Mobile Germany also said that they are not the only mobile operator to do so, which is undoubtedly a blow to Nokia. I wonder whether the concerns of German operators on Lumia 900 will spread to a wider range.
