A product, whether it is clothing or software, should emphasize a core competitiveness. So what can be called the core competitiveness? I think the most important thing that users need to achieve in this kind of product is the aspect of the core competence of the product. For example, when a new drug is available, its advertising should focus on its efficacy, not on how it is produced, nor on how it is packaged. Because of how the production of the user does not matter, even if you are hand-made out, as long as your efficacy is good. This concept can be understood in life, but it is not the same in some domestic software companies.

When it comes to ERP, the core of it is to see what it does, said the main point is used for enterprise management, the production of the management effect well then the software is good, the contrary is not good, its core is whether to provide a good management function, software is not a good usability, rather than how it is developed. Domestic software seems to be more technology on the tip of the tongue, say what structure they adopted, how advanced, a mention of its management function will appear many confusing words, or show off some iffy concept.
??? Here are some of my views I think these are facts, may not be very pleasing.
1. A software company, using what technology, this is your personal things, and the user has little relationship. The user simply asks you to fulfill the function he needs. Of course, some features using more advanced technology may be easier to achieve, but this is the software company's own things, and customer demand a little relationship.

2. Software belongs to the software, hardware to hardware. Don't put two things together to talk. Many companies like to provide a package, is clearly in the said ERP, but the open mouth is said to use what storage, the use of what kind of hard disk, network structure is what. I don't know what the hell they're doing. It's like a hospital advocating how advanced the elevator in a hospital is, Shing don't know what to say.

3. The management concept is not necessarily the latest, it depends on the need. The so-called remedy is right. To give an exaggerated example: Kill a chicken as long as a kitchen knife on the line. I believe you must think of him as a madman! The enterprise has his own development process, the different stage needs the management is different. A large company, the flow of information and integration is necessary. And for a micro-company of only two people, don't remember anything for a week, what software you want, manual remember ... , tell him what modern management concepts are really inappropriate. Similarly, some of the concepts proposed by large foreign companies also do not apply to domestic companies, the scale is not an order of magnitude ah. Specific to some of the domestic companies, even the minimum rules and regulations to carry out some problems, such companies also to mention what the zero inventory management, pure nonsense!
4. Unless there is a last resort, modern Chinese phrases are used to not accurately express a certain concept of a company, and not to make phrases freely. If the meaning of a certain aspect has already been expressed, you may think that some of his synonyms "may" be more clearly expressed, do not do so, because you know that others are confused. The audience will use the huge brain cells to analyze the differences between the two concepts, and finally found that the original is a thing that you are not really. The fact is that there are too many ideas, and there are too many companies, and unless you are Microsoft, Ibm,intel, no one will devote any effort to studying your "new" concept. Enterprises are generally mature users, only they are familiar with the things he may buy. This is different from the pursuit of fashion new new people!
