Teach you to turn off PowerPoint2007 AutoFit text

When PowerPoint2007 automatically resizes text based on the size of the placeholder, the AutoFit Options button appears to the left of the text. Click the button, and then click Stop Resizing text based on this placeholder, PowerPoint2007 restores the original size of the text without narrowing the text's upper-level PowerPoint2007 also closes the placeholder's AutoFit text feature.

Use the AutoFit Options button to simply turn off the AutoFit text feature for the current placeholder, and if you want to turn off the AutoFit text feature for all placeholders once and for all, you can set the following PowerPoint2007:

Click Microsoft Office buttons, and then click PowerPoint Options. Click Proofing, and then under AutoCorrect Options, click AutoCorrect Options. Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab, and then, under Apply as you type, clear the AutoFit title text to placeholders and automatically adjust body text based on placeholders check box, and then click OK.
