I have been doing R & D and know the importance of testing. Of course, there are many Development Tests are not very important. Our tests have always been Function Performance testing, I feel that there is a great challenge in testing in the future, that is, the testing staff's ability is weak. I personally think it is mainly because testers do not understand development. So I want Discussion Test whether development is necessary, or whether developers can switch to test.

I don't know if this is the case in other countries, but I always feel that there is a certain truth, so I don't know why such an atmosphere has not been formed in China?

The most important thing is the degree of attention: most enterprises in China do not pay enough attention to the test, and the test is dispensable, which leads to the current situation. Weak in testing heavy functions Performance , Or the performance is heavy, but there is no way to implement it, so forget it. Of course, a problem arises when you do not pay attention to the test, that is, the test is under low treatment.
Another factor is the developer's mentality. Competent developers are dismissive of testing and think that development has a sense of accomplishment. In fact, testing requires more knowledge than R & D. Network , Method, Technology And so on.
I personally think that the lack of experts in testing is the ability to develop tests, especially for developers who are relatively good at development. For this Solution I think there is only one way to improve the treatment of testers. However, they encourage testers to develop, and of course they do not need to be developed by all testers, at least one or two of the companies are enough.
Fortunately, our company has realized this problem and is waiting for the personnel to be in place, or internally training developers for testing. Our quality will be better later.
