After 10 days of daily scrum, our alpha version is complete.

The six in our group had a very pleasant cooperation and enjoyed the process of doing one thing together.

During the development process, we deeply realized that less is more. Software development is notCodeThe more you write, the better. The more complicated the functions, the better. Instead, you must start from the user at all times to solve the pain points of the user and bring the benefit to the user.

In order to make everyone's goals consistent and avoid detours, the preliminary plan and research are very important. At the beginning, when we made a plan and wrote tasks, we did not understand the importance of many problems. We made some mistakes. Now we understand that the gains are still quite great.
