The VoIP service provider's information online service organization recently released a guide to help new customers select appropriate VoIP solutions.
This latest VoIP Guide reflects the increasing demand for VoIP services around the world.
According to a recent report from Infonetics Research, revenue from residential and commercial VoIP services worldwide increased by 9% last year to $63 billion. Market forecasts will increase to $2017 by 82.7 billion.
Before switching to the VoIP service, the customer should evaluate their home or company call habits so that they can select suitable commercial or residential VoIP solutions to meet their needs. Different solutions have different costs, functions, and monthly call duration quotas. Therefore, you can select the most suitable one.
VoIP is used in both home and business scenarios. The Home VoIP solution costs about $5 to $10 per month, which can be one or two lines. On the other hand, VoIP solutions for commercial purposes are usually priced by resizing. Generally, each additional line requires $20 per month. Some VoIP plans also support unlimited resizing at a slightly higher price.
Customers can also choose to pay by minute in advance, one month in advance, or one or two years in advance.
Customers who implement VoIP should have hardware at home or in the office. This may require a new IP phone or an old analog phone and a analog phone adapter. The report points out that the sound quality of IP phones is better than that of analog adapters.
