Sometimes when we want to delete a file or folder on a computer, a dialog box pops up that says the operation cannot be completed because the folder or file is open in another program, please close the folder or file and try again, mostly because the file in the folder is being used by a program. Or is running, the following describes solving this problem without any third-party tools.
Right-click on the taskbar below the desktop, select Task Manager option in the Drop-down menu and click to go to Task Manager.
At this point we click on the process options above the Task Manager to view the files we need to delete or the folder run process Select End process.
Of course sometimes we can't find the process we want to end in the Task manager process, at which point we can click on the performance options above the task Manager.
Enter the performance options interface and click on the Resource Monitor at the bottom right to enter the detailed process list interface.
into the Resource Monitor interface, we select the CPU option in the top menu bar to enter the CPU interface (the process requires CPU support to run.) )
Then in the CPU interface below we can see a key handle option, we in the next search column to enter the end of the process name click on the following search options.
At this point we can see that the list below lists the name of the process we are searching for, and then we can find the specific process and click the end process, and then we'll be able to delete the stubborn file or folder.
