The quality management system I have tried can solve the scoring problem of sub-projects, but the score of projects such as divisions and units cannot be automatically achieved (although the software author thinks it can be achieved), the root cause is: the Division measures required by the Ministry of Transport of China cannot be well combined with WBS. For example:
Assuming that there are only two piles, the division of the sub-project is as follows:
1. divisional project (downstream)
1.1 Section 1 Pier Foundation Pile Reinforced Bars
1.2 Section 2 pier foundation pile Reinforced Bars
1.3 Part 1 Pier Foundation Pile
1.4 Sub-Project No. 2 pier foundation pile
WBS is classified as follows:
1
1.1 Pier Foundation Pile No. 1
1.1.1 Pier Foundation Steel Bar No. 1
1.1.2 Pier Foundation Pile No. 1
1.2 No. 2 pier foundation pile
1.2.1 #2 pier foundation pile Reinforced Bars
1.2.2 Pier Foundation Pile No. 2
Some may say: the First Division is okay. Otherwise. The reason is as follows:
1) How can I manage two thousand sub-projects in the following structure?
2) Division of sub-projects is a matter of opinion and wisdom. What should I do if I want to use the second method? In this way, an additional layer is required, but some software only supports three layers: Unit, Division, and sub-item.
3) The quality should be shared with the progress and cost. However, if only the first mode is adopted, the quality cannot be shared at all, because the basis of the progress and cost will be the WBS of the structure, rather than division of sub-projects.
How can this problem be solved?
Simple Method: Both WBS and Division projects are supported, and the score of each item should be included in WBS. When quality evaluation is required, you can associate them. This gives great flexibility. The above three problems are all solved.
