I just got it and made it into a shredded mustard soup. The following is the practice of pickled cabbage and shredded pork soup:
Raw Materials: A small bag of pickled mustard, 150 GB pork tenderloin, appropriate amount of bean sprout, 1 onion, 2 slices of ginger.
Production: 1. Wash pork tenderloin, shredded pork, pickled mustard, soy bean sprout, ginger peeled, shredded pork; scallions washed, chopped for backup.
2. Boil the pot with a proper amount of water, add ginger and mustard to boil, and then add shredded pork, then put bean sprout. After cooking for 5 minutes, sprinkle the chopped green onion to boil the pot.
I think the taste of the soup is really good, that is, the taste of the meat is a little light, I think it will be better to marinate the meat for 10 minutes next time.
