The relationship between subordinates and leaders is like the relationship between the satellite and the main star. The satellite runs around the main star, but it cannot be too close to or too far away from the main star. If it is too close, it will be swallowed up by the main star, too far will fly away from the main star.
The relationship between subordinates and leaders should adhere to the "four nos" principle:
1. You cannot trust leaders too much. leaders are more focused on your work than on your own;
2. You cannot rely too much on leaders. You must maintain sufficient independence and autonomy. In this way, leaders can be relieved and let you do it. You can also make progress, in the end, you cannot only work as subordinates for the rest of your life. You also need to exercise;
3. Do not deviate from the direction of the leadership. if you deviate from the direction, it will lead to disagreements and conflicts with the leadership;
4. If you do not often contact and report to a leader, the leader may not understand you and alienate you, and your development may be limited.
