For example, I want to determine whether a text box input string can be converted to an integer type, if so, then return the converted integer data, if not, then return the integer 0, then I can use strtointdef this function.

The wording is as follows:

Suppose edit1.text:= ' 1000 ';

The Strtointdef (edit1.text,0) return value is 1000.

If edit1.text:= ' Fdafds ', the return value is 0.

(If you use Strtoint (Edit1.text) when the edit1.text:= ' Fdads ' will be an error) we can use the STRTOINTDEF function to determine whether a text box input is an integer.
