Steps: Position the cursor at the beginning of the first page of the new document, and then split the body and the header area into two sections by clicking the insert → separator → continuous separator command. As shown in Figure 1.

Notice that the "5 centimeters" here refers to the distance that the table is marked up by the paragraph in the header area. This value is determined by the distance between the unit name in the document and the horizontal line of the header. The settings are shown in Figure 9.
