As a programmer-oriented job seeker, the main focus of the field is technology-oriented. What aspects of the content does IT companies focus on during interviews? Based on my years of work experience, large enterprises can see and small enterprises can see. There is no way, the operation can be sought; there is no way, stop at the operation. Specifically, large enterprises focus more on your basic knowledge and your ability to solve problems. With an employment notice (offer), job seekers often struggle when selecting an offer. How can new graduates adapt to new jobs and complete the transformation from students to professionals? In general, new people are ambitious and eager to make a difference in their new jobs. Although this is a very good thing, however, due to the clear division of labor among enterprises in modern society, especially for new employees of enterprises, when they first work, they are likely to be exposed to something that is neither technical nor marginal, it serves as a small screw of an enterprise. So here, I suggest that job seekers should be able to take a low profile when they are new to the job. When General is a general, they all start step by step from small soldiers. When I first graduated, my attitude is the most important. Remember not to blame others all day.
