The last time I said that I joined the Volkswagen project team, but it was not waiting for a few days. Companies are not conscientious to programmers, and programmers are not loyal to the company ......). I was so happy to hear that my company sent me to GM that I could finally go to work in a big company and I would be able to boast to my classmates that I had the money to pay, my brother works at GM (in fact, they don't know at all. I am not a GM, and I am a TMD Party B at most ).

I regret it when I first went to GM. It took me half an hour to start working in the company's headquarters. Now I want to go to GM. Because GM is located in Pudong New Area, and my school is located in Putuo, there is no bus near the company. (According to my words, it is a place where birds do not shit ), I need to take a bus for half an hour first, then slide for 40 minutes, and then call a taxi for another 20 minutes. I will wait for the bus on the road. When I walk, I will be confused. In a word, I got up earlier than a dog and went back later than a dog! The only good thing is the reimbursement of the company you beat! At that time, I was tired of having to eat even after work, so I wanted to go to bed. I was not tired of work. I took a bus. I was tired of waiting for a car!

 

The first time I went to GM, I was taken by a person in our company, a pretty cute girl from Shanghai. It's a big deal than me. It looks very professional. My aunt made up the makeup in 1990s. To put aside a few questions, outsourcing companies still have a benefit. I spent more than a week in the headquarters ......

 

It took more than a day for general purpose, to issue an access permit, to provide an access permit for the Internet, and so on. This shows that general-purpose work efficiency is achieved, I heard that General is already a state-owned enterprise, so we can understand the efficiency of such State-owned enterprises ). Everyone said that programmers are human beings, but in front of girls, the thinking of programmers is sometimes "active", and sometimes they make jokes in the office, I remember a girl named Lili, who also stopped them and told me not to take me down. After a while, I became familiar with the hybrid architecture and learned the details of the project team. This project is a common core project and has been developed for many years, it is now in the maintenance phase (preferably post-development ). At the beginning, IBM was developing. Later, it seemed that we were not happy with the economic usage, so we just let it go and our company took over. IBM is doing the same thing with us, but people charge hundreds of US dollars per hour. We have hundreds of RMB. Finally, programmers get dozens of RMB, this is the real pitfalls. Why is the gap between companies, programmers, and programmers so big?

 

After talking about work, the entire project is relatively large and the technology used is very old (you think about it, it has been developed for so many years). I remember that jdk6 was stable at the time, JDK in the project team is still 4. A series of familiar things, such as generics, cannot be used. Struts is also a few items, and ibatis is used for connecting to the database. I have read the code for a few days, but it is very small. My boss doesn't care about me at all. Basically, it's the kind of feeling that I 've been mixed up for a few months, I 've got my internship credits, and I 've gone away (and I verified his idea later ). Or he is a small fart project leader, and he doesn't care about the company's talent import.

 

I have a disadvantage. I can be tired like a dog, but I can't be idle (I can see it when I write something online on the National Day). Boss doesn't want me to do things, I just read a book. Wow, I am paid, which makes my reading still uncomfortable? When reading a book, you can do some small functions in the project, and then ask the boss to take a look. From the process of communicating with the boss, I still have a lot of experience. The boss is very familiar with the entire project, and the basic skills of programmers are very strong (this is especially about debug and shortcut keys. At school time, I don't care about this), but I obviously don't know some technical skills outside of the project, so he just graduated for three years. But when I saw him having nothing to do, I read cartoons and novels, then, when I go home at night, I play games, and chat with people around me during the day. As a programmer, we need to spend at least one hour every day reading books and Forming habits. Otherwise, we will be looked down upon by our younger brother (of course, I didn't look down on him, I am not qualified yet. I just think that his knowledge reserves will become fewer and fewer, and my current boss is different. I can do everything I can, for example, project, outsourcing, book writing, and book translation, good Guy !).

 

After waiting for a month and a half in this project team, I felt three things that I felt most deeply: first, I had a good meal and general food was very good (compared with the school) for more than a month, I got a fat weight of 10 kg (almost 120), and then I couldn't even jump to basketball. However, due to my weight gain, I played basketball more intelligently and started to develop inside the company, I started to play the number of routes in the internal line. I am 170 tall, but it is good to bounce because of the GPS position. Basically, less than 175 should not be done with me in the internal line, I am a 170-level invincible center in China Normal University when I play basketball ...... Second, do not outsource. Outsourcing is really cheap. Your own leaders are leaders. If you come to a customer, or TMD is leaders, you will be surrounded by leaders, place a fart in the toilet ...... Third, the complexity of the project. I remember the first time I saw the SQL statements in the project, over 200 lines and several pages of Word files, I only write two rows of SQL ......

 

Later, because GM had a conference room management system that needed secondary development, the company suddenly did not find anyone to do it, and then pulled me over. I remember the director "strong-hearted" who told me that, it's almost two months since I came to the company. It's time for me to show myself. I am very confused. First of all, I have not done many things for more than a month, and then I am the only one in the conference room. Especially, it is also the most important thing. I cannot access the Internet over there. New people know what the situation is ......

 

After I went there, I found that things were not as difficult as I thought. First of all, because the basic knowledge is still relatively "strong", it is relatively simple to quickly master small fart projects such as the conference room management system. Second, I am also a senior who gives me a demand and guides me (I suspect that xingrui International has been occupied by China Normal University), and he also takes me (with senior students, not afraid !), He was not very satisfied with the progress at the beginning of the project. One afternoon, he sat there and told me more than two hours, from details to technology and various aspects, I have learned a lot. The project was almost completed at the end of my internship. In this project, I realized one thing: no matter how insignificant you think, you should do it yourself. Don't think you can find it on the Internet. Don't think it's simple and not challenging. If you don't have a network, you'll be dumb!

When I left the company, the director kept me symbolic and asked me to handle the school affairs and continue to go back to work. The HR manager was refreshing and did not say anything nonsense. When I started to enter the company, I was talking about 80 yuan a day, the last day of work, the money of a day, the first month because it was a summer vacation, I did not ask for a day off, and then I paid a 22-day salary (1760 yuan). Later, due to my schooling, I went to class four days a week, at that time, I felt that I had nothing to do, so I often asked for leave. On average, I had three days in a week, but I don't know how to do it. After three months, there are more than 6000 million in my brother's cards.
