Workday: technical research, business exploration, and positive enhancement of technical capabilities.

Work hours: focus on solving problems learned and after work: focus on learning and improving technical capabilities.

Work Principles: meticulous, conscientious, and focused; focus on the overall situation, and do your best.

Several Rules:

1. The information and problems pushed by the work partner must be recorded in detail for subsequent processing;
