Should be the server compression mode and client compression mode is inconsistent, you can follow the following steps to modify, in the client program installation directory found files: clientcfg.xml

The Compressmode in the modified file is 1 or 2.

The compression mode value of the client and server Compressmode must be consistent: either 1 or 2
