three ways to select rows in an Excel table
There is an Excel table that needs to be selected every n rows. It may be a separate row, or it may be 2 lines, 3 rows.
There are two common options for interlaced selection:
One, the CTRL key is not loose with the mouse line by row selection. If you need to select more rows, it will be exhausting.
Second, in the auxiliary settings formula or input character-set Filter mode-Filter-select-Remove filter mode. This method is not available if you are selecting an alternate column.
In addition to the above two, this paper found a new method of interlaced selection, most of the students are not expected to see.
Step 1: Enter the formula =A3:F3 in H3, and then select H2:h3 to copy the formula down. (If it is 3 rows, enter the formula in the H4, select H2:h4 to copy down)
Step 2: Select the H column, ctrl+g Open the Positioning window, and locate the condition-reference cell.
After the position is complete, select ok!
Add: This method is simpler than filtering and can also be selected in columns. Features and options available in Excel, don't think some of them are useless. In fact, most of them have specific usage.
